Thomas Daniel Sammons 36, of Wolf Creek, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at his home. Born on November 26, 1979 in Louisa, Kentucky, the son of the late Timothy Sammons. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by one brother, Jeremy Sammons, his grandparents, Jesse Maynard, James Sammons and Mildred Adkins. Daniel is survived by his mother, Peggy Marcum, stepfather, Bruce Marcum of Wolf Creek, Kentucky, his brother, Kyle Sammons of Lovely, Kentucky, sister in laws, Mallory Davis-Sammons of Lovely, Kentucky and Cindy Sammons of Starke, Florida, a grandmother, Parlee Maynard of Beauty, Kentucky, nieces, Faith and Melanie Sammons of Starke, Florida, dear friends, Aley and Annie Maynard of Wolf Creek, Kentucky along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends to mourn his passing. Funeral services will be held at the Warfield Chapel of the Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home in Warfield, Kentucky on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 2:00pm with Rick Osborne officiating. Burial will follow at the Family Cemetery on Marcum Hollow Rd., Beauty, Kentucky. Friends may visit at the chapel on Monday, November 7, 2016 from 6:00-9:00pm. Arrangements are under the direction of the Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, Kentucky.
